Just watch someone like Eriktheelectric on youtube.. professional eater, and you're not eating that much. Just eat your protein, get in your workout and steps and you're completely fine.

Omg thank you for this!!! my mother-in-law is so sweet and she said she has been baking every type of cookie for me and Iβm literally scared because I know I have no self-control. She makes the best cookies in the world. π
Issue is that December is a month I eat and drink all month. In fact I probably consume more this month than the whole of the rest of the year combined. However, what I try and do is still go to the gym as normal. I also still prepare my normal prep meals.

Great advice! Im just concerned I wonβt be able to keep it under 4k per day in those days because being consistent the rest of the month is pretty easy! Any tips on how to better control yourself in those days? Maybe fast until the afternoon or something?
