i really would love to make a progress video, but i am really way too shy. also i am an absolutely noob with filming lol xD i come from bodybuilding years ago. then i got very ill so i needed to stop for years. last november i got corona (it hit me really really hard) and so i want to comeback with calisthenics, its just hard to find a good workout routine. luckily there is stan! i follow him since years but i never saw THIS video. NOW I DID!
