      Hi, I just wanted to know if drinking almond milk with coffee apart from the two meals in a keto diet will increase insulin? I know that one can drink black coffee, tea and water which would not raise insulin level.

      I have been using a Keto inspired diet for about 3 week and it has gone well. I have lost weight and I have been feeling better. However, I woke up a few days ago and found that I had lost all my strength and could barely walk. I also have slurred speech. My wife says this is a side effect of the diet and suggests that I just need potassium, magnesium, and B1. Will this help?

      My biggest concern is having to give up fruit for the rest of my life. I see fruit and vegetables as the most natural, wholesome and healthiest foods for humans. They provide nutrients and water.

      Can you do keto if you are older, in your 70s? I have never craved sugar or sweets but love fruit, veggies and my downfall carbs (which I now know turns into sugar). I can easily skip breakfast as I am never hungry in the morning and I have never been a snacked. Is keto for me?

      Hi Dr. Berg, I'm just at the very very beginning of Keto and I just read that people should not be any longer than 12 weeks on Keto because it could cause nutritional deficiencies and be dangerous. Also, do I have to count carbs, all these percentages are confusing me.. I feel I need a math degree to calculate carbs, net carbs, know your fiber…so very confusing to me. Pleas help

      How to it with small Children? Is it safe to do it with them? Here in switzerland the have to eat a snack at 10 and one at 3.

      Can I have coffee first thing in the morning with creamer and butter or mct? (Dealbreaker!) I normally only eat once a day. But give up coffee with creamer in morning? Heck no!
