Great vid.I lift weights and do biycle situps, pushups and high cable exercises. Ordered rings to add to my workout. Im 65 and workout 4 to 5 times a week. Good vid for people like myself who have never used rings. Thanks for putting the vid out there.

the guy doing the instructing is an absolute amazing teacher with almost a natural nack for teaching and his speaking is so understandable to the audience in my opinion. and his physical prowess is undeniably amazing also simply because he's doing all of this stuff with almost no real breaks between them, Love this guy
