I got these to do exercies to work up to a pullup. I am not strong enough to carry my body weight not even for a second. What other exercises can I do with the rings that doesnt require me to carry my whole body weight?

I tried out rings for the first time (I was in desperate need of them, because i wanted to start progressing towards stuff like iron cross and ring planche), the stabilization component came very quickly which surprised me quite a bit
Just bought rings and it feels like I've never exercised before. Didn't realize they would make every exercise much harder ๐
Been training with kettlebells and clubs for the last 6 months. Ordered a set of rings to better stretch after club work. Tore apart my back deck cuz it's getting rickety. Have some decent 2x8x10 preserved boards laying around now. Need to build a 10' pullup bar in my back yard to hand the rings from and work on spinal mobility in the summer. Waaaaay past the first step already ahaha it's too late to stop it. Shem HaMephorash

The first time i workout with rings just holding made me shake like crazy
I quickly realised how important stability is after i got a pair of rings, because normally I can do around 5-8 dips with my own bodyweight but I couldn't do a single dip on the rings
