David goggins 800 kcal diet:
1. 1 Banana/ peace of fruit in the morning.
2. Drink only water through out the day
3. Eat dinner only after 7pm, 650-680 calories 1 plate/serving of food. Rice, brocolli, boneless chickenbreasts or something else as dinner. Just not more than 700 calories.
Excercise to still build muscle and avoid losing muscle when extreme dieting:
100 reps or 4 sets 25 reps Compound movement excercises (bench press, squats, deadlift, standing dumbbell shoulder press) + pullups at the end of the workout (as much as you can Preferably 100)
Go to the gym 4-5 times a week. On off days run 1hr long nonstop without stopping. Pick weights you can lift for 50 times not 100 that's too easy and increase with 10 percent every up coming week.
