I've recently discovered your channel and has now made it through most of your food videos. And i cannot tell you how refreshing and liberating it is to see proper portion sizes! I've spend over a decade feeling ashamed of wanting two helpings, two pitas, two bowels of cerial. Bringing lunches that are 3x the size of my peers. But watching you enjoy life and food intuitvely is so motivating. From now on, i will be unapologetic about my appetite. Thank you!

Anyone know any helpful tips for exercising on your period? I have a heavy flow, and cravings that make my calorie budget go to the roof! I’m pretty sure I’ll be gaining a lot of weight and I’m scared of that.

This is the pattern naturally slim people have. A low calorie day to balance high days. Exercise helps us recognise hunger cues too.

Here's one for you.
Get comfortable with being off-balance.
Like comfortable, or at least not uncomfortable with being off-balance.
The reason you want to do this is so that when you're riding your big-boys bikes and you're pushing a bit to hard in the corners, getting your wimp-lines down etc and you hit a bit of gravel or ice and the front wheel slips, you don't sh@ yourself and start over-reacting.
I'm definitely old enough to be your dad and it took me to about 35 to get good at this.
Now I try my best to have accidents and find it impossible, thanks to this skill I learned – at first largely when booting it from 5-0 with a z of urm… Wagyu beef up my sleeve.
