Girl I laughed too hard at this! I have three kids and I look pregnant for like 1 year now because the baby pooch is stubborn! I am going to try this workout too because I can’t do very intense workout. I get headaches lol.

That's awesome and inspiring! Keep it up! In terms of healthy food ideas, these things work for me: 1) Spend one hour (usually a Sunday afternoon) to prep salad for the week using a combination of cabbages, kale, carrots and onion. This will keep for a week in a container in the fridge. You can use this in a wrap, as a side with your grains/protein or as a salad on its own or with added stuff. You can even stir fry it. 2) Batch cook rice and freeze them into balls so that when you want to eat it, you just need to microwave it. 3) Get a pressure cooker or Instant Pot! It's a timesaver and helps you eat lots of beans which are a great source of fibre and protein

Awww it’s okai I’m only 23 my son 17 months i promise my weight done flourish so many times 🤦🏽♀️ went up too 245 247 the biggest and now 230 but I keep going back up and down I do have pcos but my stove don’t work anymore and oven only one al 🤦🏽♀️ sooo I lost weight upper body but my lower my pouch got longer but smaller 🤦🏽♀️

Just for me personally I notice my belly go down when I eat less bread and pasta. (no shame) but it’s something to think about. Because there can be many different reasons depending on your body.
It’s just interesting to experiment & see how your body reacts to different things. Even for example, taking a break for one day from bread (I promise you i’m NOT trying to roast you on bread 😂) & just seeing what that does for you. Or just whatever food you think your body might not agree with or do better without. Or incorporating new things & seeing what that does for you, like gut healthy foods for example
or other areas you’d like to focus on. I think it’s easiest just to add or take away 1 or 2 things at a time & make tiny switches.
And this isn’t meant to be any unsolicited advice. This is just for anyone to read & my experience.

After I saw this video I decided that it was time for me to stop the excuses and work out again… I’ve been doing growwithjo for about 32 days now and lost 11 pounds :)!!!!!
