I'm sure the 10 exercises work, but you are going to have to hope that the gym is fairly empty to be able to set up all those exercises without someone getting the hump that your hogging all the equipment.

Great workout Funk…….i just completed a 5 week top and lower bodywork consisting a mix of supersets and tri set. Would this workout be ok twice a week? i would mix a leg workout mid week and an aerobic workout for some light cardio.cheers
Funk, looks like a great workout. How many times a week can I train heavy like this. And how much rest in between should I take. Im 49 and in law enforcement. This is exactly the type of training I like. Could you do some workouts with law enforcement fitness in mind?. Thanks keep up the good work.

Whats up with those kettle bells swings that can't be right
How are you able to do all these circuits in a gym im surprised. Whenever I try to, there is always someone either using the dumbbell area or the dumbbell area is far away from the squat rack. Love the workouts though, but for me i think i love doing your stuff at home funk. just the entire gym to myself and just go ape shit. freaking awesome workouts. keep em coming:)
