Hello! I haven’t been postpartum
for 40 years! But I needed an indoor workout because it’s just too cold outside. I do a walk/run. (Mostly walk). But I have been challenged to find something that I can do indoors. Your workout is amazing. I will follow and find more of your routines. I know that you’re not intending your workouts for seniors, but the aerobic and balance that I’ve found with your routines will keep me working out with you. Thank you😊

This one was tough! My husband was even sweating and out of breath haha. I found your channel during my first trimester, and have been using your workouts throughout my pregnancy. Now I’m in my 38th week of pregnancy. When I can’t find energy to workout, I do your yoga or stretching videos. On the days I can, I do your walking or full body workouts. I’ve gained 20lb so far and having a healthy pregnancy. I’m sure I’ll use your postpartum workouts videos to gain strength back once I’m cleared to exercise! Thank you so much for your resources!❤
