Yo tenía Mareos nerviosos y estos ejercicios gracias a Dios aportaron a mi recuperación, pero no se deben hacer nada más una vez al día, deben ser de 3 veces como mínimo de preferencia 5 veces en el transcurso del día.

Like 3 dags ago I got this weird, strong dizziness attack, that made me unable to walk and I felt like I had been drugged, this was very strong and ever since I've had balance issues, I hope it's not permanent , but it would be nice to know what it is.
It comes in waves when I walk, I have to stop and hold on to something because I feel like I'm falling.
People have told me I walk like a drunk.
It also affects my psyche slightly, I feel Abit more clouded, and get motion sick.
I was treated with the Epley maneuver for BPPV, and it worked well. But I can still feel myself swaying when I walk or have to pick something up off the floor. Would these exercises work for me? Thanks.

My doctor told me to do these exercises when I was diagnosed with BPPV(relatively mild one). I'm so confused. He said do these exercises as many times as I can and it's a good sign if I feel dizzy during doing the exercises. I asked him if it's a BPPV i'm diagnosed with to make sure and he said yes.Why did he diagnosed me with BVVP and making me do this exersises? He made me do the head turning treatment on a bed when I was in the hospital and also did the test where I wear a goggle and turn my head to various directions to see if my eyes are jumping back and forth. Those are the test and treatment for BPPV right? Should I listen to him and do these exersises or not do it at all?
what difference does it make doing the movements standing, sitting, squatting. Problem is in the inner ear so, other thank building glute muscles the other movements should not matter
