To the ladies, who struggle with reducing leg fat, but have a slim upper body, don’t worry. The same struggle means the upper body to me. My lower body looks extremely slim, but the upper body… even though I’ve been working on upper body much more than lower body. I have been doing exercise since 2020. I lost 14 kg. I did Chloe Ting for a few month, then I switched to Lilly Sabri, my Queen. I did a lot of guides of her. I lost 10 cm (59 cm to 49 cm) in my inner thighs, but 3 cm in my arms. I lost 20 cm (90-70) in my waist, but how much I try, I can not lose the lower belly fat completely. Every body is different 🙏🏻❤️

My legs are done for 🧍🏻♀️I start doing this along some of your waist exercises and arm ones daily and my body is killing me, but it's worth it.
Oh and 30 mins of cardio as well
How Do I Speed Up My Weight Loss?
Okay,so I tried to do it for 14 days in a row,but I had to skip some days,but i still did it for about 12 days and I AM SO HAPPY! I've lost 4cm on my thighs without any diet,I just ate less snacks and that's all,If I could do it,you can do it!

day 1: felt an incredible burn because my body condition is terrible, but the burn felt so good ngl✔️
day 2: really needed to sit this one out because I worked at the barn for hours and my legs were so hurt I literally couldn’t move after working at the barn❌
day 3: burned soo bad, I just couldn’t do the excerdize on the knees, immediately fell back because of the pain from working at the stables, but the other ones went great✔️
