If you really want a burn, add a Russian twist at the top of the scissor v-ups

I have a love/hate relationship with core workouts and like anything that minimizes the amount of time I spend on abs. I doubt I'll be able to get through the whole circuit, but I'm going to give it a shot! Thanks for your amazing workouts!

I used to hate doing ab workouts.
Well, I still don't enjoy doing them however… the more I train my abs (which I make myself do in every training session now), the easier it gets. Now I can actually see my abs! It's so satisfying. I implement exercises I learned from the 6 Pack Promise app but there's no way, I do them for 60 seconds lol but still…I see the results and I'm happy 😊
