My abs r crying 😭😭😭
За целую неделю живот стал немного меньше, чувствуется пресс, но не сильно.
Зато мышцы в ногах очень сильно окрепли. + к тренировкам было здоровое питание.

Why did my legs hurt more than my abs after this?????
I've been waiting to post this comment since I started this workout. I started at the beginning of the year and it's been okay and frustrating at the same time cause I suffer alot from bloating so it's like there were no changes at all but I started drinking alot of water and it really helped. Now that I've completed two weeks of this exercise I feel so happy.
Waist 29 now 27
Stomach 32 now 29
Now I can totally see my abs line. Hope this comment gives you guys more hope and motivation. I'm off to another challenge.

Evidence shows that you can't lose belly fat by exercising your abs alone. this is simply a disclaimer that has been made clear by Ms Ting in the bottom part of the video description. It is almost impossible to lose belly fat by working JUST your abs. To lose weight somewhere, you have to lose weight EVERYWHERE. not to mention you must also watch your diet, metabolic rate, hydration, sleep habits and the frequency of these workouts. Please dont fall for the click bait. Instead go do some HIIT low-impact workout.

Been doing this for almost 5 months now and this help to keep my abs toned. But i did "abs in 2 weeks challenge"for a few weeks and then i chose to do this only after i found out it works for me. But of course i skipped more than a few times because of period and where really feeling tired.

Day 1 : ✅1 and a half done. How? Well I didn’t have the strength to do all these exercises. Is it just me or if we don’t do core exercise for a while we’ll lose all core strength? Like it’s not even tired man I just can’t pull my leg up more than 5 times LMAO. So yeah literally no burn I guess😅
