      One of the most fun workouts! What are the dimensions of the step you use? Mine is 11 inches wide 25 inches long and wondering if I gave 2 left feet or a smaller step because I have trouble with the up and switch. ๐Ÿ˜‚

      I don't think I have hitched a ride since my first disastrous attempt at the Saturday morning class. Took me a while to get those curls on top as I kept wanting to turn in the wrong direction but it feels so good when it all comes together. That was a huge calorie burner. Thanks Chris

Otherwise, it could have been new to meโ€ฆ and that speaks to just how creative you are with these classes.       As I started this I thought โ€œhavenโ€™t I done this one?โ€ And then realized it was one of my all time factories!! Last year I could not jump onto the step and pony bounce like Amanda does but with the strength training this year my legs are super bouncy!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰ thanks for bringing this one back up to the top and helping me build back muscles in my legs after a yucky accident a few years agoโค๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

      Thanks Chris ! It was def a challenging choreo, yet one of my faves! Loves the Travolta, hitch a ride and DEF the 2 kicks slow box !!!

      One thing I've learned today – do NOT use 2 risers during advanced ! Nope ! Wish I had a " dash " cam" to capture my trips ! I cannot post what I said due to the holidays but I definitely mentioned Christ ! Ha !

      Thanks again and look forward to getting ina few more LIVES Christmas week!

      It's been a while since I've had to rewind and repeat sections in order to learn them; that made this a fantastically fun and challenging class. I might have done it before but don't remember at all. I love that you went 25 minutes straight at the beginning with no break; also a good challenge! I can see why you chose this class to re-post.
