      Looks great. I've only tried Salmon during my weight loss journey. Now that I no longer eat beef and pork I have to find other protein options to try. I have to cook more on my channel.

      Your weight loss is amazing and you are looking so good! I started fasting just over 2 weeks ago. What schedule are you on? I fast for 16-17 hours and have an 8 hour eating window.

      This looks really delicious. I'm definitely going to try this out. You inspired me to start intermittent fasting. Today is the last day of my third week, so I will weigh myself tomorrow. But last week, I lost 6 lbs. Not working out or even eating this healthy. I'm going to incorporate this type of eating and exercise, starting tomorrow. I am doing the 20:4 IF.
