HELLO FRIENDS! How are we all feeling so far?! I AM SO PROUD of you guys for taking on this challenge and sticking to it! UPDATE: Moving forward I will be posting all "new videos" that are allocated on the channel THE NIGHT BEFORE! This way we won't run into any timing issues and everyone should be able to complete the workout on the designated day. I am so sorry! This is my first time at this and I am learning as we go along. It's 2022 guys and I am here and I am so so so so grateful for Maddie for making these videos for us. Ever since I started following her workouts my body has changed so much, especially talking about my strength, flexibility, and balance. They have improved so much. I could literally feel and see the changes that are happening in my body. It is getting more toned and everything better. These videos have really helped me keep a healthy relationship with my workout routines and my body. Just wanted to let you know that I am really really grateful. Can i do one workout instead of two in some days?
Hi I'm new to this channel as I've heard about it in December 2021. I was really excited to subcribe to this channel since i found there was a workout plan for each month of the year (i think they were prepared and uploaded during 2021). However I'm almost completing the January calendar workout, but I'm unable to find the remaining months except December 2021. Were the other calendar workout months deleted due to the new APP? Unfortunately, I was really looking forward to complete each month as my NYE 2021 resolution. And as a busy mom with a full time job I was really looking forward to commit to a year of workout plans, as I think at least from the January one, they are very complete and each day they are focused on one body zone. And the daily planned workouts are just sufficiently long to be able to complete them. Can anyone help me locate the other months workout calenders? Or were they deleted from this channel? One month ago when i started the January plan, the other months were still listed in this channel. Thanks a lot for any help and feedback.

Well January is almost over! But I will do this for February instead! Great for awakening that routine after the holidays and stressful first weeks of the year!

Day 1 – ✅ (fairly easy for me feels good)
Day 2- ✅ (little harder + sore)
Day 3- ✅ (easy stretching still sore)
Day 4- ✅(today was hard for me)

Just coming to this a week into January 2022 but I'm going to give it a go starting tomorrow morning. I love doing the dance workouts so I'm glad they're included. The realistic length of the videos helps make them seem achievable, but I know it's going to be tough.
This structure really helps the motivation. I'm super keen to get started. Thanks Maddie for all your hard work and creativity.
