Ok cool I just started in the gym recently and have been doing farmers carry, I kinda figured it was easier but this confirms it. Goes to show more weight isn’t always better. Now I’ll drop down a bit but with only 1 hand 🙏
if my left abs are weaker (rib flare on left side) and I do these, do i have to do equal amount of training (same sets/weight/distance traveled with kettlebell) on my right side as I address my left side imbalance?
All unilateral an workouts are more effective that bilateral an workouts ( applies to most muscles in the body )
The suitcase carry actually improved my posture in a short period of time. I recommend it for anyone who plays video games or even looks at their phone.

I did the farmer walks and felt it all down the middle of the chest and abs. I did the suitcase carry with a resistance band wrapped around the kettle bell and my abs were on fire

I have a question then, i have a really bad lower back so i cannot do ANYTHING for my core aat all and its hard because i used to pride myself on my core strength…anyways i tried the farmers walk with just 25 pounds on each side but it hurt my back so ibstopped even that and i cannot do anything on the ground either so please show me something that i can do standing that will work my abs please, im at a loss because everything i knew before messes my back up
