      Hi , Am 9 weeks postpartum (via viginal delivery 2nd baby ) With 2 finger loose vigina , and with 3.5 finger diactasis recti gap , never done any exercise before,
      Which kegels are best to tighten vigina 🙏💞 without doing any harm to my diactasis recti,
      Can you share video / exercises or let me know what is suitable to tight vigina without worsening my dr
      Much confused, as YouTube is fill up with many different types of kegels to tighten vigina 🙏💞

      Hi, I’ve never had an orgasm & I think it’s because idk how to relax, I get close to the orgasm & then I lose it. But idk because I never had one. I feel like I can feel me lifting for the kegel because my abs get tighter but I don’t understand the squeezing part at all. My butt & legs muscles should be relaxed?? I’m so confused because I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing even after watching

      How long should we continue the beginner exercises and then switch to the advanced one? If we increase time in the beginner exercises from 4 to 10 seconds, would that work instead of switching to advanced exercise?

      Hi Michelle. Your videos are great, but I was curious as to why we only lifted one leg up for a set, and not one and then the other for symmetry (starting at 5:55). Does this not matter for this workout?
