LOL, I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Blueprint was updated and now it can grow faster. Although what Simmy suggested before did the job, now it can grow up to 4 in. Actually, I was able to get up to 3 in. more, I just go’ogled it a few weeks back and I feel like I'm wielding a sword lol.

I like the explanation. Thanks. One thing I'm struggling to understand from videos such as this is; if the focus is on the muscles in the pelvic floor and you want to refrain from activating other muscles such as the buttocks and thighs etc, why on earth is there always a picture of a man doing a butt bridge? Surely that would activate all of the other larger muscles we are told to avoid.
If I do it more than 1 day, will it be a problem or a benefit?
