This doesnt felt so bad as the one i did yeasterdsy i think there was too calm moves too much i would needed more burn

This was just perfect! I injured my ankle recently, so that most of the workouts are not possible for me at the moment. But here I could just change the plank parts and had a challenging workout for today!
