Love these workouts! Since my CrossFit gym is closed I’m staying shape doing a combination of your workouts, as well as my rower and indoor bike. Question, should the cardio machines be done after these workouts or before?
What does that last exercise work? I know what muscles are worked in the squat but why add the explosive punches? 🤔

Damn I couldn’t finish the whole workout, I got extremely tired by the time I got to the legs portion and I just felt pain in my stomach and I knew if I kept going I would throw up 😔

Resistance bands are great to tone but also can assist to teach you keep form.
Can you pls do more videos like the one you recently posted named bigger arms workout at home. That video really pushed me and can you make one for your legs, shoulders, chest, and back. I really love this channel.
