I started Weight Watchers on March 1st and I have lost 30 pounds and I went on vacation and didn’t track my points but made sure I ate pretty good but 1 day ate pizza and I still lost 4 pounds that week . I always try to stick to my points, I’m on the purple plan and when I’m out of points I stick to zero point foods when I’m hungry. Didn’t think I could stick to this but it’s easy because it’s just real food and I check points at store and if it’s to high I won’t buy it.
