thankyou so much i can do the headstand in 2 days but i can only some minute
What is easier to you guys I can easily hold a headstand for a minute but can’t do an elbow stand for more than a few seconds

This is great. Other videos show using your head and neck. Not good for spine or neck. I love this for low back decompression. Meditating while in inversion is good for my breath, too. Great video because it is correctly taught in form.

I recently learnt the crow pose and it was very easy. I'm scared about this pose and I kinda don't get it. edit: tried again I flipped right over after putting both my feet up, crashed right into the wall.

I feel that I put all my weight on my head and neck too.
Any tips for how to get the weight on the forearms? I don't get what I'm doing wrong. It feels like I put most of my weight on my head/neck.
I did this wearing socks and I fell on my head…
