Squats are one of those things I'm naturally good at from the start. I can do 10 reps in set as a beginner. But still thank you for making this video for those who struggle in the beginning. Still my tip to others is to start low, start easy. Let's say start from just squats. Increase by 5 every week or 10 days, even if it is increase of 5 every 15 days in the beginning that's still okay. You can get 15-20 squats in the month easily.

Is it good for me to do squat exercise everyday or just do it on alternate days? Again, I want to gain not lose weight, so doing it everyday might be too much? Please help. I need advice. Thank you.
