I have been doing this along with 10mins abs workout from 2019 and it was my dream I lost weight become more beautiful than ever.. Stopped an year ago and now only I'm gonna start again and going to become more consistent. Love ya Fitness Blender โค
I have always loved fitness blender, but recently am thinking I need to leave youtube and hope I can find these videos elsewhere. I am not yet half way through this video and stopped 3 times for ads, not to mention having watched ads at the beginning. I don't have all day to workout and also don't appreciate stopping when I am in the swing of things.
Just thought you guys should know that YouTube is becoming a problematic platform and if viewers dwindle, it isn't your fault. Or at least not in my case.

okay, from tomorrow I start doing these exercises because now it's night and I can't, but from tomorrow I start a series of these exercises and one more exercise, but they are short as there is no kind of warm-up before these exercises and for the stomach I will do some exercises, maybe chloe thig, if that's the name, I forgot and I hope to see quick results by Monday and beyond, if anyone can share some experiences, for example, how long should I work etc

Loved this video and did it several times a week until it started showing SIX ads each time. When each set is based on seconds the ads ruins the video ๐ so I've quit watching it.

At around 8:48 or so an add starts right in the middle of the inner thigh pulses, not sure if anything can be done about that, but it really messes up the flow of the workout.
How many reps do we need to do this?
..why I always hate the last exercise from the deepest place in my soul?

Hi Kelli, sometimes you do the next exercise on the leg that's just worked. Is this intentional as it feels like one leg works hard and the other gets a longer break?
Super good workout. Wish the ads were at the start and end though not in the middle of the exercises
