lol, this is BS . for example a proper burpee only burns 1 cal per rep. it never get to Kcal ranges. even running for 1 hour at 6pmh burns about 800 to 900 cals. again not Kcal ranges.

I was doing this in an 30C room almost 90F
Even though I did this routine for one day , I feel like I lost 100kg ( even though I don't have that much) and feel more positive about myself.

I'll be trying this starting this evening. I want to lose some weight before my birthday next week + I plan on continuing it after as well for a month or so. I haven't worked out the past month but I really ought to start again. I prefer jogging cos it's less boring but it's too hot to jog now so I'll try this workout instead!

Lost 1.5 kg in 7 days with proper breakfast and lunch evening i use to drink natural juices or butter milk…. No junk No fried that's it.
Apart from that i eat everything awesome results…i can see the change..

Hello roberta, I'm 13, my last checked weight was 59 i started your workouts it helps me really good. Would you like to share some tips? Today was my 2nd day of this workout, on first day i did 35:55 and today was 29-30 as much as i can do (I'm newbie) . Would you suggest me something to get toned,slim?

day 1 ,2 and 3 did 16 minutes only…I can't go further…but yeah feel so gud ..finally will be able to handle and control my body…I was 50kg a year and a half ago..now I am 60kg and I want to go back…i am gonna follow this video everyday ..I think I will be able to complete the workout after a couple of days….and note that I don't diet .if my body feels like eating I eat..but yeah you can say balance diet ..juck food once in a 3-4 days….ok see you then whn I will see my belly in…it is out now 🥺
