I start again today ma'am Lucy.I stop after five days because I was sick.Thank God I fell better now so I just finished my Day 1 again.

okay heres my day one starting now on this video for 1 one out of 7 ill see how it goes ill do progress updates on this comment by editing it im fat ugly and insecure my boyfriend broke up with me im deprressed and i want a change i want to be better not fat and ugly i dont want to lose hope please help me and remind me to do this schools starting im grade 10 and i fell useless i wanna give up but first ill try to make a change if not theres no point of this life
day one: i feel nothing did workout nothing but breathing hard like a fat loser took some breaks but im done feel tired.
