I am doing regular exercise by watching your videos specially thighs, belly as my lower portion is comparatively bigger then upper one. I got excellent results. I started doing exercise from last year at home due to Pendamic. My age is 51 .

I've been doing various videos from this channel… they are do-able and they really work. I needed to get fit again after putting on too much weight in lockdown. When I started I was 11st 6lbs… weighed myself today and I'm 10st 6lbs…this is in conjunction with 16/8 intermittent fasting!
