Day 1: ✅️ easy but what the heck was the last ones like how am I supposed to do that
Day 2:✅️ did it 2 times and my arms are burning from the last one
Day 3: ✅️ I did it easily no harm
I'm a mallu girl and l want lose my inner weight that last exercise is difficult to me but l'm try to do that l revenge myself. Thank for this video this is so effective 😌♥️

to be honest i did this workout yesterday and i am not able to do it today this really hurt me all day whenever try to walk on stairs and now today when i am trying to do its hurting like tell i am trying but i am not able to do idk if i am alone but its really hurting 🥺
