Thank you so much for making a beginner workout that is actually a beginner workout!! ❤️
thanks for this. tried it earlier today. i'm in my 20s, a bigger gal and always been fairly unfit even as a kid when i played sports. i work a decently physical job, i started taking martial arts classes as well. i find one of my biggest weaknesses is still being able to keep up with movement without taking a break. this workout was great for raising my heart rate and keeping it elevated but not too high — i did break a sweat, and felt good afterwards, without being so worn out i'd never want to do it again. no running/jumping was good, as i get shin splints and calf pain pretty easily with that sort of thing, at this point.
i think you're right that a lot of people making fitness videos overestimate what "beginners" are capable of, which can leave us feeling discouraged. so thank you for making this accessible for folks like me!
If this was for ACTUAL beginners…then I am screwed. Um… do you happen to have a level before "beginners?" 😔
I'm not at all a beginner, but I so enjoyed this workout ! Thank you Pahla
Enjoy the workouts, just too chatty for me. 😁
Thank you.. I'm gonna do this 2~3 times a day… at least in the morning and evening… Pretty good just to do it multiple times a day. Easy… I think if I do it enough, I don't have to listen to you, but can play some music to go along with in the background.
Just what I needed!💗🐝
Great workout
Love the choreography
I have a confession…I'm one of those people who think about exercising, plan on exercising, but somehow never do it. I usually feel that I'm so out of shape that whatever miniscule amount of exercise that I do, won't be enough to make a difference simply because it's so miniscule.
Because after all, getting fit requires a strenuous workout, right? 🤷
I've watched a lot of your videos and you finally reached deep enough into my stubborn brain to make me understand that a moderate workout is not only enough, it is just the right amount. So I did a search for "Pahla B beginner", so I could start out with something basic and guess what???
I loved it! The moves are basic enough that even MY uncoordinated feet don't trip over themselves. That's a win right there!
Well, my Jan 1st workout is now Mission Accomplished.
Does that qualify as the first day of a streak? LOL
I'll probably stick with this workout for a few days (or until exercise doesn't feel quite so awkward), then try another of your beginner routines.
Thanks for breaking through my mental wall and guiding us through this mine field called Menopause.
Great beginner workout. Ive joined you to help get my blood pressure under control. Thank you!
Thank you so much ❤️
Wow, this was great, thank you! I'm nursing an injury but I don't want to lose the habit I am trying to build and this fit the bill perfectly. The movements are well thought out and you are lovely.
I like this video. It’s a nice get it (calories and steps) done quick, but the movements are well thought out and non jarring and with injury prevention in mind😁
BEGINNER Pahla ??!!! Not beginner, but, I surely sweated. some of my favorites are reach across, booty kickers, and double knee Xs. I appreciated them ALL!!!
A first timer and great workout. Thank you, as I'm an actual beginner!!
Thank you so much. I'm a 63 yo woman, have been working out for 45 yrs. I had back surgery 6 wks ago and just got the ok to return to exercise. I plan on taking it very slow. This was a great workout for starters. You are perky and motivating.
I use this as a nice cardio warm down everyday after my strength training, it's good for people who are experienced as well who are looking to get their body fat percentage down but who don't want to burn muscle mass and just target the fat.
Thanks for the video.
What a great workout!! Wow, this has got to be the best beginner workout I've ever done!! Not too easy and definitely I won't say too hard but wow, did I get a great workout!!! I loved it!!! Thanks Pahla!!!
Love this workout. I have 70 lbs. to lose, and hypertension, so anything more is just too difficult right now. I enjoyed all the moves and really appreciate a realistic beginners workout. Thanks Pahla!
Thank you Pahla! Having to rethink cardio workouts, as the exercise bike aggravates my sciatic pain!! I believe I have found the gentle, but thorough workouts I need!
I used do do extreme cardio like TurboFire, Insanity, long HIITs but noticed my knees were starting to take a toll. And then research came out that too much cardio was bad or you can get healthy without cardio, so I started doing mostly weight training and yoga. Unfortunately I think my heart and lungs regressed because now I'm having heart issues after years of not doing cardio when I had zero issues when I was doing cardio… Found out you need a balance of weight training and cardio for full body health. Now I'm needing to get back into cardio and needed something for total beginners (since just walking up a half flight of stairs winds me now 😞) Now being over 40 and learning that when a "research" comes out saying all of one thing is bad it's a gimmick, don't listen to then and move on.
Loved it! Thank you. Getting back on track.
Immediately subscribed. Thank you so much for this. Its very discouraging for somebody in terrible shape to click a beginners workout video and not be able to keep up or perform the exercises with the right form. This let me keep up with you the whole time but I certainly got my heart rate up and got a good sweat going. Great video!
Thank you for this video. I'm starting my journey to be physically fit and to lose weight. This is just what I needed.
Saw this in my box yeah, thanks
This was a very nice workout! My balance was great and I like the exercise OK! Thank you Pahla!
Thanks glad I found this workout! Just trying to get back into working out this was great!
"Actually for beginners…" and it actually was! Thank you!!! Trying to workout after years of not doing anything. This was a great workout! I felt my body working in a good way, & was proud that I was able to complete the entire workout!
Perfect for someone beginning their fitness journey. I’m in my 30’s and have bad muscles from old injuries. This cardio was very doable for me but still got my heart rate up and had sweat dripping down my face!! Even now a month later, and I’m still loving it!
I'm recovering from cancer and haven't been able to leave my house during the pandemic. Experiencing pain, lethargy and low mood and need to lose more weight for continued recovery and health. I found this video and did it for the first time today, amazing! Sweated quite a bit but loved so many of the exercises. Feel energised, glad I've found you here, will be doing daily from now on and try others too.
Loved this!! Please more for us beginners🙏
I enjoyed all of these exercises and would love to see more of them pop up again in future workouts. In particular, I'd love to see High Knee High Punches, Strong Arm Front Kicks, Side Step Bursts, Upside Down Jacks, and Curtsy Reaches. But honestly, I love ALL of your exercises. Thanks so much, Pahla! 🐝
