      Por más que buscaba una rutina de bajo impacto para retomar el ejercicio después del covid, encontré esta y está muy buena. Aún así me costó un poco. Excelente 👌 👌 👌

      Mmm, casi casi me gusta, sudo mas con el de 25 bajo impacto, y este la pena es que en la ultima parte de video si que tiene saltos con impacto, abrir y cerrar piernas, tijera… Y yo no puedo hacer eso, tengo desgaste de cartilago en la rodilla y no debo de hacer impactos

      Si es bueno los ejercicios de bajo inpacto, a mi me encanta el boxeo pero por lo regular el nivel de in pacto es muy fuerte o muy rapido.

      Hola mi nombre es Guadalupe solo que esta es la cuenta de mi esposo 😅 tengo una hija de 16 años la cual tiene que bajar de peso por su salud, es un poco floja para el ejercicio pero desde hace 2 semanas la traigo al tiro como decimos en México 😂 empezé con otros vídeos pero encontré este y me encantó lo hacemos 6 días a la semana haveces le cambio y solo corre en la caminadora y está muy contenta porque ya bajo 4 lb 💪 claro la cuido en su alimentación. Las sigo en FB gracias
