I've heard that if you boil some potatoes then cool them overnight in the refrigerator, that something happens to the starch which makes them much healthier for you. I've gotten used to doing this & love it.

Yes every thing he says makes huge sense, but I live along way from shops and am on a very tight budget, so can't buy fresh every day only get to shops once a week, or even once a fortnight, so is it okay to use frozen foods, as otherwise I would have a lot of wastage which is not good for my budget, or world

Why do so many labels say only who it is "distributed by" and not where it's made? I don't give a crap who distributes it. I want to know who makes it.

I started intermittent fasting eating at noon and one time more before 6am and I feel much better more energetic and feel younger. Cut Pasta, Potatoes, and all kinds of sugar including Breads. As I'm a retired Executive Chef I know how to cook tasty food and particularly various Salad dressings with virgin Olive Oil, Balsamico -Apple vinegar. I lost 12 kg within 2 months and I am basically happy with my weight. Have my espresso with full cream, eat regularly Wal-Pecan nuts, Use Butter, Ghee, and virgin coconut oil for cooking, and eat fatty organic meat, Seafood, and plenty of vegetables and salads. Never feel hungry and as Im 74 years old I fully agree with Doc. Pradip

“Natural flavorings” on an ingredient list is a lie, it is chemicals. Corporate food went to legislature to legalize this lie.

When a doctor says "I cannot pronounce some of these words". That is saying a mouthful in itself (that's REALLY saying a lot). I am more and more getting away from processed foods. Just went grocery shopping. Mostly only got fresh veggies and fruit. I'm feeling better and better since I've changed my diet. I appreciate the knowledge this doctor is giving. It helps me a lot.

How do we get anywhere near 30g of fiber in 1 to 2 meals? That would be nearly 13 cups of chopped broccoli. Serious question. Thanks for all of your videos.

Since I’ve cut my carbohydrates to under 30 a day and stopped eating sweets I’ve felt much better. The first week was a little rough but once your body adapts you feel much better. It took a while to stop eating for pleasure but look at it as fuel for your body.
