      Maine bahut run kiya exercise ki but mera thoda kam hua lekin ek mahine main hi band karne par pehle se Zyada ho Gaya because maine apni diet ko change nahi Kiya tha ofcourse main rice aur ghee choda hua tha but jab tak wheat aur bahar ka kuch bhi khayenge you will be unsuccessful always .so i could say that diet control is no.1 in weight loss and secondary is exercise although both are important to make balance your metabolism.

      I m unable to follow this diet I feel hunger and i get satisfaction after eating chappathi and rice. So may be not 100 pcnt bt nearly 30 pcnt by adding a lot of vegetables and fruits in to my diet. Bt daily night I watch this to get motivated. Let's see result this Friday. 1 week complete

      I m going to start from tmmrw inform u after 1 week let's see. continuing in 1 week after following only and only eating 30 pcnt and 70 pcnt hvng rice and roti.also except sweets and namkin. I got from 89.50 to 88.500. Again gonna start from tmmrw day 1 week 2 Mar 6 gonna Reply again after one week
