Manmakers with arthritis in right knee tough this morn. But got through it. Free your mind (of pain), and yo ass will follow. The great ones play in pain.
Been doing this on and off since it was posted. I still find it absolutely brutal, especially when I haven’t done it in a few months and then come back to it. Holy crap I just had my arse kicked.
