The audio is so awful, I had to turn it off. Very sad because I love to hear Dr. Hyman speak.
15:20 sheep or goat dairy. And type of regular dairy
22:00 have protein with every meal
23:00 protein shakes
29:30 oatmeal
The vegan diet is obviously healthier than what many people eat but it's premise is bogus. Carbohydrates, even "refined" carbohydrates are not unhealthy. What is unhealthy is eating too much food/calories of any kind, saturated fat, and cholesterol.
I want to listen but the audio is so bad…

Gout issues? How is this implicated in aging: increasing protein intake, and joint pain?
The audio was so distracting. Add that to watching Katie talk to her husband often even though he wasn't part of the interview, was really disappointing.

You can get A2 milk here in the UK from a normal grocery store! I have been sugar free for nearly 7 years, when I eat something that has refined sugar by accident it gives me cystic acne and night sweats.

I am following the reset diet religiously for 1 month now and the good news is that my body does not ache nearly as much, arthritis wise and I have lost all craving for sugar. . But I am having a lot of no energy and sleep issues. I started the diet while getting my first and 2nd vaccinations ( Pfizer). Could that be it, or ?
First of all we spend less money on real food than most people living in Europe; buy quality and other than vegetables if you pay attention to only eating serving amount, you will stop accidentally overeating so you have to buy more. Problem people know the organic vegetables are important and they start buying them, but fail to prepare them and they waste. Then they slip into former habits of looking for some food on the pantry or freezer that is prepared, no prepping and eat that. Stop buying the prepared food and create 4-5 main menus and only shop for those items – no extras. I lost a husband and business in the same year and my teen age daughter and I were determined to eat healthy; I bought organic and gradually improved quality of meat, but always did pasture fed eggs. We take feelings with us to the store foods we see advertised as beneficial and we become obsessive about them. I’ve learned to make my own yogurt, but all commercial yogurt is really overrated junk food. At some point a person has to realize a grain is a grain and they are not pleasing to our autoimmune system. I have found memories of eating warn bowls of oatmeal, but do I eat it any longer — no I find all grains spike my insulin and store fat in my stomach. GRAINS ARE FARM ANIMAL FOOD. Stop being tricked by food industry to eat high priced low quality packaged food full of grains on store shelves. 💚. read labels. – plan meals – no need to overbuy!

I so admire you and enjoy most all of your interviews,, but with all due respect please get your technical difficulties worked out from your microphone cutting out to you internet freezing up. I am sure you can get someone professional to help you out with this. We missed out on a lot of your key points and those of Dr. Hyman.
