      Everything looks good however what's up with the uncooked oats? I've never ate oatmeal uncooked but the honey apples and cinnamon are yummy. Try adding vanilla extract next time.

      Something that adds extra sweetness for me is using coconut oil for sauteing my apples for overnight oats. Love your recipes! Never apologize for how much cinnamon you use, you're supposed to measure that with your heart.

      I've never tried over night oats. Do you nuke it in the jar? Eat it cold? Not sure I'd like cold oats…. Does leaving it overnight change the texture?
