My youngest boy is an extremely picky eater. He used to eat all of the veggies, and then he just stopped.
Now he absolutely will not eat Any veggies, beans, nuts/seeds, or any meat/seafood. He would rather go without eating and skip meals than to have it. He’s truly one of the fussiest eaters I’ve ever seen and definitely concerns me because I want to feed him as healthy as possible.

You don’t know what a fussy eater is, just that first recipe, imagine a kid it won’t touch anything mushy, anything with mustard, anything with creamy sauce, and hates cheese. Meal I would. There actually is fat in the ingredients for the muffins. That, "milk," is heavy whipping cream, which is full of fat.

I also think it’s important to mention if your kid notices it’s different, don’t gaslight them. It is some thing they will remember, their trust in you is more important.
My son is unbelievably fussy won’t even eat chicken nuggets or fish fingers nevemind healthy options but I am going to try every single one us these and hope for a miracle!!
