Question is there a different micros for people that's menopause I am 57 and 52 I weigh 220 I did my micros but I was kind of confused as a different calculation for people that's in menopause can you let me know

Thank you so much this has helped me so much to start understanding menopause. Ithink im going thru it right now having warm or hot flashes per say. seeing my doctor friday to have test done and to be checked out. had a stroke in 2019 im better now. I have been working out all my life the stroke slowed me down, i just started back working out last month lost 3 lbs. then started feeling this happen to me. Im still going to workout because thats what i have been doing all my life i cant let this stop me. thk you for the information

Omg…it's been 9 months since my last period. I completely lost the energy to workout and gained weight around my waist, ugh!!! I lost the figure I'm so used to looking at. I'm hot all the time!! Besides that my sex drive went down 😠😫😫😫 I need to fight this!!!

I cannot have soy or estrogen products, breast cancer is very prevalent in my family. I am 65 and struggling with 40 lbs too much weight. I was a size 6 now a size 12. Never had any menopause issues, no hot flashes or any other signs or symptoms. Had a car accident hit by a drunk driver who ran a red light. Neck and back issues have destroyed my exercise ability.

I have lowered my calorie intake to 1000 calories a day & have stopped gaining but still can’t lose weight & I am sooooo hungry. 😢

I'm going through menopause since 2012 and I gain weight then lose weight…..I watch what I eat but sometimes I still gain weight….my Dr won't give me diet pills cos of my health problems
I had hysterectomy, ovaries preserved but , still have had weight issue since the surgery, I exercise more and no sugary drinks, finally cut chicken , only eating fish vegetables . Gynecology orgs are just recognizing women struggle with weight with hysterectomy as they do menopause , but they don’t have a answer.
