This guy is a straight up salesman. He couldn't care less about your health.
I eat oatmeals and thank you I will continue to eat oatmeals. Instant.👍🏼
I'm 32 and just started eating oats for the first time in my life 3 weeks ago and i lost 10 lbs already i was 143 lbs and when i wake up in the morning i'm 133 lbs, people are saying my eyes are whiter but only thing is it doesn't keep me full for long like others have mentioned
Not many people are talking about the phytic acid in oatmeal and how it latches on to Iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium robbing you of nutrients throughout your body. Love oatmeal but im cutting it and just doing basmati rice in its place. Honey, milk, rice and all the same stuff i put in oatmeal and i get to keep all my nutrients.
Oatmeal is the ONLY food I've ever eaten that makes my stomach feel calm and settled and warm when I eat it. It just feels wonderful when it hits the tummy. Eggs come second, mashed potatoes third. I've tried low carb diets and they make me feel awful. Vegan makes me feel even worse. I buy organic rolled oats, good sprinkle of cinnamon, stevia, and home made cashew milk. It's my best comfort food. I guess I love it too much to give it up.
Damn I can’t eat anything anymore
I hadn't eaten Oats for a while and I saw a video yesterday talking about how it helps you sleep because it has melatonin and magnesium so I made some.. just regular Quaker oats. I know, I know, not best choice but I slept well, they were so good. However, I did wake up take my walk and was very hungry, ravenous in fact. I try and stay away from Carbs and I think Oats always make me more hungry in the long run.. so I probably will go back to not eating them.
I’m eating rolled oats again. I found organic, glyphosate free, gluten free and sprouted oats.
When eating something yes your blood sugar goes up, and when you digest it goes down. Thanks Einstein It's supposed to.
We CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING 😮
Your energy and your intention while eating any food is more important than the details about it. Nowadays we are never safe, there is always something. The water, the air, the food, the Wi-Fi signal, microwaves, the list in endless. This is a 1st world problem. In other countries, a full plate is welcomed and they can be healthier than we are, because gratitude and joy eating what’s on your plate will do you more good than any vitamins on Earth. Take every info with “a grain of salt”. Cheers! 🥂
I am 90yo I am 5ft6inch and 155lb and was eating as long I can remember almost every day Oatmeal and also a fair amount of Bread ,2 Dr. on YouTube say this is a nono ,so I better listen if I want to reach a ripe old age
Eating oatmeal everyday nearly killed me. I had to quit that. Oatmeal(steel cut oats) puts my blood sugars into the 300 range and higher and keeps it there all day long. My sugars will stay high for 14 hours on one bowl of oatmeal. And that's if I don't eat anything else all day long. Nope, I quit that and my A1C went from 10.5 down to 5.5. It's poison in my body.
Oatmeal for life!! 🤤
Thanks Dr. Its so frustrating hearing what foods are doing are body well, then to hear maybe they're doing the opposite.😮
It is still healthier than eating meat and dairy.
My family does'nt eat breakfast, and when (if ever) we eat it, we get organic sprouted rolled oats, which, i guess, is, better.🙊
Why are such extremes of opinions about oatmeal from professional people? I don’t get it. I hear one thing on YouTube from a doctor that says it’s great and then I hear it’s not from someone else.
i have hashimoto's and i eat gluten 😢😢😢💔
So this guy is kind of trying to hunt "myths" with Oatmeal not beig that healthy… But then he forgets of many of the benefits that it has (high protein, fiber, satiating, etc.) and then he proposes "intermitent fasting" for breakfast which is something that many people can't do because of headache, irritation… I really think some doctors see us like robots or machines and forget that eating "healthy" has to also fit in many different lifestyles and conditions, is not always about doing with your diet the most optimal thing.
