1000 calories under maintenance is ridiculous unless you are morbidly obese with a crazy metabolism from the sheer weight.
For "normal" people that's a 1200-1500 calorie diet. Enough food for a little old lady or a small child.
Use a much smaller defecit and you'll get better results. No one is staying 1k under maintenance without suffering. Especially if it's all via food and no cardio.

I found this to be the case. I started fasting heavily but still working out very hard. All the weight that fell off me was fat. I went from prob 20% to as low as 8% BF in about 6 months
Just do keto for a couple months and it's done . No need for calorie counting lmao

I have the hardest time cutting calories =/. I can make myself workout with the heaviest weights, I can push through crazy intense runs. But I literally can't sleep when cutting. I end up having to take sleeping pills and then I just feel like shit.
I'm hoping to overcome this because my cut is coming up in a month.
