No excuses guys, I'm middle to poor class kinda person than a lot of people here and I can do most of this simple. The only thing here that would be challenging for me is eating unprocessed food and having a balance lifestyle but I know there will be alternative for this like portioning your food and having a really good time management.

Whole and unprocessed foods aren’t necessarily organic or expensive. Fruits and vegetables for example, and although grocery prices are high most people can afford these things. Other than that nothing else on her list has anything to do with money so this isn’t just for rich people.

To the people dragging this becuase of mental health, As someone who’s struggled with severe depression, anxiety, eds and emotional disregulation and the list continues, I’ve come to realise that saying ‘yeah but that’s easy for you because ur mentally stable’ etcetc is just an excuse. As harsh as it sounds, you just have to work for it. You won’t get anywhere if you don’t WANT to be better. I used to have the same crap mindset of ‘I can’t’ and horrible mental health, but I decided I wanted more with my life and I worked my fucked ass off trying to improve my health. It’s fucking hard but I’m the happiest I’ve been in years. Here’s some tips that helped me: having a clean environment to wake up to goes A LOMG WAY, start small; eat what makes you feel good, wear what makes you feel beautiful, clean yourself as often as you can manage AND ALWAYS STAY HIDRATED. Drinking water is so overlooked,
I used to only drink sugary drinks etc but I bought myself a water bottle with markings on how much to drink per hour amd I’m so much more energetic and fresh feeling and my complection is so much better. Feel free to ask questions, I beleive in you
ok just saying that making ur bed after waking up is not that good bc you should open a window and leave it like that for 20 mins bc you sweat on it during the night and letting it sit like that will make it cleaner… (sorry for the bad typing I don't speak English)
