This version is hard for the beginners man can make video for new started people for chest workout I can only make push up explosive time and I am done
After 1.5 years training at home and because I wasn't feeling my chest any longer, I looked for new exercise routines and found this.
My triceps gave out before I could finish the exercises xD
Because of that, you earned my sub 🙂 awesome workout. Will give it a try for 6 months and let the community know if it worked for me.
How many days per week to se results?
Your movements are so fluid, so nice. But as a working out beginner (started a month ago) I'm wondering how could I complete it since someone muscular and seemingly used to these exercises is struggling. At least it gives a long-term goal : being able to complete this work out. Thx for the video !
i died on explosive part of the pushups, but than i resurected and kept going untill every failure rep i got in me, thanks for this Igor ! <3

Why do I feel my muscles snapping when doing pushups?
The first time I done this my arm started to hurt for 2 days,will it stop after I’ve done the workout multiple times

I have a wrist in a splint so had a lot of fun trying to attempt this with one arm… Ended up doing everything on my knees… Definitely a lot harder and I'm looking forward to having two strong wrists and a toned chest.
Not gonna lie as someone who goes to the gym a lot I was not expecting it to be as tough as it was
I had to do nearly every exercise on my knees.
I feel kinda embarassed tbh.

I can't get the exact pump that I used to get in gym but this workout has incredibly increased my pushups and that explosive push ups are great as they helped me in performing clapping push-ups
