I was doing a food plan my sister put me on that was working great for me. Completely stopped when I had Covid and now I can’t get back into it. It’s hard finding things that work. But I keep trying. And I work on exercising my mind and body. And building healthy habits. That have been making me feel really good and confident lately. And it helps to make habit building fun.

I usually hate watching fitness journey videos because I have add, and people usually say boring stuff that most people already know in such a boring way. But your video was so enjoyable to watch, also we're the same way and I hope to get lean!
love this video! your fitness journey has been really similar to mine! I started w 2 to 3 workouts and not tracking. I recently started taking fitness a lot more seriously. I'm at 6 days working out(still at home) + macro tracking and for the first time in my life I can do pullups and have defined abs. I realized I definitely was NOT eating enough protein. Now at 150P a day, I feel SO much better. Tracking macros has finally made me feel in control and understand how my body works. Health is wealth !

OK, i really hope someone that can help me sees that. So 2021 i've started to lose weight by working out at home. I saw that it won't quite work, so at the end of 2021 i started eating less. Which worked, utnil i made it a Eating Disorder..My parents have pulled me out of that again, but i still can't eat more then 600cals, bc of that eating disorder. I would gain weight imidiantly an d I can't live like that.
So i beg you, someone pls tell me how i can get my body back on a normal diet, without gaining my weight back. Cus im struggeling already with the weight i have curently, but due to trauma i can't start fitness anymore…

I don’t use food swaps because sometimes they don’t taste the same! But I’m on a calorie deficit and so at home workouts with out equipment. I eat salads, fruit, or smoothies.
