      How in the world did you only gained 15 pounds during pregnancy? A baby weighs an average of 7 pounds plus the placenta and amniotic fluids, that’s probably all more than 15 pounds all together

      You look amazing, Michelle! I can definitely see a huge difference from your wedding video. I used to be very healthy myself, but my mom got diagnosed with mesothelioma when my baby was a newborn and passed away just a couple months after getting diagnosed. It has only been two months since losing my mom, but I'm having a hard time getting motivated to eat healthy and begin exercising again.

      I am definitely going to try that lunch. Looks really good. I am such a picky eater that some of the really healthy recipes don't work out for me. I would add all the ingredients except for olives lol.

      Thanks so much for sharing this video! I especially love to see your snaps because they motivate me to get my butt to the gym! The other day I was in line to get a McFlurry and I was casually browsing through your snaps of you at the gym and instead of getting that McFlurry I wound up at the gym and had a smoothie instead 😂 You're absolutely gorgeous, truly inspiring and (in a non creepy way) I've been watching your videos for YEARS.       Awesome video! It was very informative for beginners. And you have such a healthy mindset towards fitness and food. Your breakfast was so balanced with nice carbs and fats. Just one thing and I hope this doesn't come across as mean. But maybe have a trainer look at your form for your overhead press. It wasn't exactly correct. And I'm only saying this because I don't want you to hurt yourself 💕

      That's great, Michelle. How tall are you? I didn't start exercising till age 50! I love it now. I'm 53 next month. It was on a lifetime goals sheet I made when I was in my twenties and mother of 3. Haha…took me awhile. It's never too late. I'm glad it didn't take you as long as it did me. I love Zumba and now getting into Barre3. I'm 5' 7", 129 lbs. The downside at my age is your wrinkles show more than if I was overweight. Oh well. Way to go, Michelle!

      I have been working out all my life, with just one break after I moved out. During this break I felt horrible, but it took me a long time to realize that it was working out that was missing.

      Michelle, thank you for sharing your health and fitness journey! This is inspiring! I agree with what you said about looking at health and fitness as a "priority." In addition to that, I also look at my health and fitness as an investment. I know that when I take care of my mind and body by exercising regularly and eating healthy, I am investing in loving myself more and that in turn allows me give love more – to my work, my husband, my family, (even my future self lol) etc. I also like that you started this video by talking about what you eat! I love your what I eat in a day/week videos. As they say, you cannot out-train a bad diet! It's so true! That said, I also like that you acknowledge that sometimes life happens and we are unable to stick to our workout routine or sometimes we give in to eating more than two cupcakes at at time lol. But that's just it, life is life and it's always the journey that matters the most. 🙂 P.S. Since you talk about your weight, how tall are you?

      Michele you have always been one of my favorite girls to watch! I have recently lost 40 lbs and it feels so good. I enjoy eating healthy and I absolutely love working out. I try to alternate strength training on Monday Wednesday and Friday and I do cardio on Tuesday Thursday and sometimes on Saturday. I do rest on Sundays though. I have also really got into yoga and I try to fit in a short yoga routine on the days that I do strength. I only have a few more pounds to lose but I do not plan on ever stopping with working out and just trying to stay eating healthy. It's OK to splurge and eat whatever you want every now and then but on the daily I want to feed my body good stuff. You look absolutely stunning and I am so excited for all of this wonderful happiness in your life now. You deserve it so much. God bless love, Misty
