Even though it looks like the evidence is there, I call bullshit. I'm on trt and actually lift weights and never made progress like that in a month. Gains are measured in many more months, and even years. So that tells me there is a camera angle or lighting trick going on… or your legs may look bigger because all of that high rep squatting without heavy weight was more like a cardio workout to drop body fat. A lean muscle always looks bigger. Great for putting in that work, but it's not going to build leg mass. And you didn't even mention what you're eating, which is just as important.

step 1 means day 1 do 10x times to 15x 0:14 after 30 or 20 sec break then 20x or 15x times 0:28 on both legs then 20 sec break ,do this everyday till u see any diff then start
step 2 do 25x to 20x times 0:43 then 20 sec break then 25x or 20x times 0:48 then 20 sec break do this everyday to see any diff
then start step 3 do 25 or 30 times 1:00 then 25 sec break then the 0:28 with some weight on ur back or in ur hand if u cant find anything heavy carry rice bags like 5kg or any weight which suits u best then ur done i guess if it came for u
