I also use the sparkling water trick ! It replaced my 6pm snack : that one was about 300 kcal which I never needed in the first place. That snack was more about a quick pleasure after the bike ride home from work. Sparkling water is equally enjoyable to me, so it's an easy exchange. At the office, I do 4x 5mn bodyweight exercise : plank, burpees, squats, etc. mostly to keep some strength in my core and arms.
Just like that, boom, 3 kg gone in 3 months, no more back pain, and lifting heavy stuffs when doing house/garden work is much easier.
Instead of dousing your salad, dip your fork in the dressing, stab a forkful of you salad, and eat. I only use about 1/4 of the dressing they give me at a restaurant that way.
I have no idea why but my appetite has been non existent for like a month. I’m eating but I don’t even feel like I have to. I’m trying to eat I’m on cycle!!!!
Just found this and much of what you recommended I've been doing. High protein to feel satiated, protein icecream, popcorn… I appreciate how you suggest "diets" like keto if you are a certain type that might need it. 97 percent lean ground beef is my go to. Crumble it in an air fryer.

Dont mess with the pharmacology crap, you dont need it. SELF DISCIPLINE is needed. All those chemicals cant be good for you and adds too much complexity. Though i agree with some of his diet suggestions. I just use a 1500-2000 cal diet, all whole foods, lean meats, no processed foods, trust me you do this you will not be craving anything. the amount of whole foods to reach 2000 cal seems like a ton of food, you'll have to eat every 3 hours or so. I burn about 2400-3100cal a day. Tracking my cal burned with a smart watch.
peanut fat is one of the healthiest fats available, so you WANT to eat it. Just make sure you're buying Smuckers/Laura Scudders natural peanut butter.

Hmm, you mentioned melanotan II. I can tell you a long time ago I was an investor in a company called Palatin Technologies. (I would not ever recommend buying their stock. Symbol PTN) They were working on a melanocortin drug for erectile dysfunction. Anyway, the melanocortin peptide receptor molecule they were working with had the great effect of causing tanning, satiety, and a sexual response. They should have tried to isolate the satiety molecule in my opinion but spent 100's of millions on a nasally administered ED drug. They did get approval for an injectable drug for treatment of female sexual dysfunction So that's why you were getting the satiety affect from melanotan 2 compound
Lilly is in FDA phase 2 trials for new drug that binds to 3 fat loss cell receptors .. mice and primate data show 25% total weight loss over a year .. one shot per week protocol

Fuck yeah, phentermine will get you shredded as shit, but a lot of people rebound because they never had their diet under control in their mind. Currently on phentermine because I plateaued at 209 lbs from 232 lb. Now I'm down to 202 lbs after about 2 weeks on the phen. I'm preparing for a half marathon and thats how I initially lost the first 23 lbs due to the immense amount of miles I'm laying down on the track. I love fitness and channels like yours Derek.
