      Hy me bhot confused hu ki breakfast krke exercise kru ya phele mene kal hi dite plan bnaya h
      7 am _ drink warm water , gren tea
      8 am_ breakfast
      10am exercise then eat some dry fruits and smothy
      12pm_ lunch
      3 pm _ fruits
      4pm _ green tea, coffee
      8-9 pm dinner
