Dd mere weight 70kg. But bahut sara try kar lete hai. Maine evening time me 1hr walking karti Hun and rice 2times khaati hun. But my weight 1year ho gaya change nehi hua hai. So please didi kuchh mere liye bataye

7 am _ drink warm water , gren tea
8 am_ breakfast
10am exercise then eat some dry fruits and smothy
3 pm _ fruits
4pm _ green tea, coffee
8-9 pm dinner

Pehle to bola bina exercise k lose kiya or video mein subah v exercise btaya or sham ko v to exervise ne v to kaam.kiya hoga weight loss mein..so yeh kyu bol rhi ho app k bina exercise k loss kiya…
