Biochemist here:
This workout schedule is amazing.
Cheers.
Brother, if I want bigger legs do I do 2 leg days in a row to gain mass there? Thanks in advance.
What day do you add ABS?!
lOL OOT MUSTA
bro abs???
Is this plit is also better for strengh and gain😅
you dont do cardio like full body at once?
I’ve been just doing full body workouts 4 days a week while running 6 days a week in my prime. I wasn’t big but I had some mass. Getting back to it after 2 months of falling out drinking bear everyday. I’m gonna give this a try bc I want to bulk up and while running as well
I'm Nigerian and I really need tips on dieting cause I'm putting in the work but the gains are so damn slow and minimal
You say the testostorone levels are at its peak the next day after a leg workout. But apparently testestorones are at its peak for 15 minutes to an hour after a leg exercise. Based on my own research. So i'm confused i need help.
I never knew that your test is higher after training legs the previous day. Thanks for that info. Definitely going to jump on that💪🏼
Bro are you living in whiteboy7thst old house?
What if I wanted to work on my chest and biceps the most?
I've been hearing eat right so many times. What does it mean to eat right? I'm black, African and i dont know if the food we usually eat at home is "eating right"
I’m more of a beginner, and like having a stable weekly schedule, so focusing on only hitting a group once a week. Definitely using this idea though, I’m basically following your schedule, but putting legs first since chest/tris are my big weakness right now, then I’m adding another exercise after the 4 days where your rest was, I’m not sure what, probably a mix of core strength/abs and grip strength, which are both weaknesses of mine.
I split my full Body workouts in 4 days I just started last week let’s see how it does for me
So what kind of supplement do you recommend like I mean over the counter like something I can get from a GNC or Walmart
What muscle is Rest Day?
Going to try this out, thanks bro !!
Thank you.
what about the core though? like its not in the list?
Really helped!!!!🎉
Waited 4 minutes for it.. F outta here
A bro split, lol

BEST VIDEO IVE SEEN TO DATE. THANK YOU SIR
Full Body week routine or this Split routine(this split routine is awesome btw)
What about abdominals
great video bro
Get to the fucking point
I’m going to be dooing 1 hour of workouts for four days strait
Thanks for the breakdown. Legs and testostrone tips was clutch. Like, subscribed and notifications on, bro.
What I do is "Day 1 – Chest and triceps" "Day 2 – Biceps and Forearms" "Day 3 – Legs (Including glutes)" "Day 4 – Shoulders and Back (Shoulders including RD)" "Day 5 – Cardio" and repeat so ours is similar except I don't take rest days unless I am sick or have extreme muscle pain and if I do I will do a muscle group that leaves that area alone.
