I really like this workout. It would be great if we could have a 15 minute 7 day challenge for seniors – as progression from the 10 minute one!

1r where I found you last time. I typed in low impact exercise for seniors and several came up. I added "with British accent" and there you were!
Thank you. I've been struggling with BodyPump. Here, my muscles and heart feel the workout without the abuse. Give me a couple of weeks, and I'll move on to your 7-Day Seniors Workout Challenge.
thanks for this workout, as someone whos 21 but has been out of exersising for about a year or two now and these are a great step up for creating strength again in the arms and legs and stuff. Most beginner workouts are too hard on me, i cant even hold out my arms for more then 1 minute at a time, im that weak. So again to behalf of all older people and all people with a disability or just starting out again, thanks so much for these workouts, both these and the true beginner workouts are amazing and are a step up for anyone wanting to exersise more but cant do the more advanced things yet.
I have osteoporosis in my hips and spine & Sacroiliac Joint pain, will your senior exercises be ok for me to do?

Thanks for this workout. I'm not a senior but I am undergoing an illness which causes a lot of tiredness among other things but this has helped me a lot to know I'm still exercising.
